Recipe:
- 50ml Lyre’s Italian Spritz Aperitif/Laori Ruby depending on availability pre Christmas
- 200ml Nosecco Rose
- 2 large bottles of fevertree tonic waters
Method: Fill a large wine glass with ice, pour in the Lyre’s Italian Spritz add the Alcohol-Free Sparking Wine. Top with tonic to taste and garnish with a ribbon of fresh rhubarb and enjoy!
